Lumina Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Trade Show Staff member to support our event and promotional activities in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and representing brands with confidence and professionalism.

The Trade Show Staff team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while supporting the successful execution of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and company brands in a professional manner during events and trade shows
• Welcome attendees and provide information about products and services
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Maintain presentation areas clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Answer questions from visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Support event coordination and ensure a positive guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and engagement targets
• Assist with promotional materials and event logistics as needed
