The Property Office at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a proactive student to assist with property functions across the Laboratory Campus. This role is ideal for a student who is organized, customer-focused, and interested in gaining experience in property management and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Performs inventory and distributes office and breakroom supplies
• Performs data entry
• Assists full-time Property Team with conducting inventory of SDL and Government equipment
• Moves office furniture and lab equipment
• Disposes excess equipment

Required Qualifications:

 

• Must be a Utah State University student with at least one year of school remaining
• Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summers
• Must have a strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of ownership in their job, and be self-directed/motivated
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity tools
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business-related experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely
