Sr Management Consultant (A&M Security / Integration)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+ (High chance extension / CTH)

• Consulting background (Big 4 preferred - EY, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG)
• Local or from nearby state's

Role Overview

Sr Consultant supporting Information Security A&M (Acquisition & Integration) initiatives.
Focus is NOT pure change mgmt - need someone who can organize, execute, and drive A&M programs end-to-end .

Core Focus Areas

• Acquisition integration (systems + security)
• Technology change adoption
• Stakeholder alignment across enterprise
• PMO-aligned execution

Must Have

• 4+ yrs Technology Change / Transformation
• 2+ yrs PMO / Program Execution
• Strong A&M (Mergers & Acquisitions) exposure
• Ability to translate technical business impact
• Strong stakeholder communication (exec level)

Preferred

• M&A integration experience (hands-on)
• Consulting background ( Big 4 = BIG plus )
• Prosci / ADKAR (nice to have)

Tools / Tech

• MS Project / Smartsheet (or similar)
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• SharePoint / Confluence

• Someone who can hit the ground running
• Not just "change mgmt theory" needs execution ownership
• Strong in organizing A&M workstreams
• Comfortable working with Security + Tech teams
• Consulting mindset (structured, proactive)
