Position Overview

Amcor is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Packaging Brand Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only . The ideal candidate will develop visually compelling brand and packaging design solutions that support marketing initiatives, product storytelling, and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for a senior designer with strong branding, packaging, and digital design experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of packaging, branding, and marketing creative across digital and print channels

• Develop visually engaging concepts that align with brand strategy and business goals

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective creative solutions

• Create graphics, layouts, presentations, infographics, and sales support materials

• Maintain consistency across brand systems, packaging assets, and campaign deliverables

• Translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling visual content

• Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy, quality, and brand compliance

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Stay current with design trends, packaging innovations, and accessibility best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Packaging Design, or related field

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including senior-level responsibilities

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and multi-channel design work

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial brands

• Familiarity with production workflows and print specifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects

• Understanding of accessible and inclusive design best practices

Work Environment
