Position Overview
Amcor is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Packaging Brand Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only . The ideal candidate will develop visually compelling brand and packaging design solutions that support marketing initiatives, product storytelling, and customer engagement.
This role is ideal for a senior designer with strong branding, packaging, and digital design experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of packaging, branding, and marketing creative across digital and print channels
Develop visually engaging concepts that align with brand strategy and business goals
Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective creative solutions
Create graphics, layouts, presentations, infographics, and sales support materials
Maintain consistency across brand systems, packaging assets, and campaign deliverables
Translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling visual content
Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy, quality, and brand compliance
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current with design trends, packaging innovations, and accessibility best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Packaging Design, or related field
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including senior-level responsibilities
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and multi-channel design work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial brands
Familiarity with production workflows and print specifications
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects
Understanding of accessible and inclusive design best practices
