Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of blockchain development experience and 10+ years working with Java Spring Boot.
• We require a strong command of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• We are looking for hands-on expertise in blockchain architecture and decentralized application development.
• We expect extensive programming experience with Solidity, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, and Rust.
• We need deep knowledge of cryptography, data encryption, digital signatures, hashing algorithms, and secure key management.
• We require experience building highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
• We need advanced proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• We expect strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, security protocols, blockchain security, and digital payment security standards.
• We require experience with smart contract development, oracle development, API integration, distributed ledger technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• We are looking for excellent problem-solving and software engineering skills.
• A bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure, cloud deployment of blockchain applications, enterprise financial services platforms, modern DevOps practices, cloud-native architectures, and emerging Web3 technologies is preferred.
• We value excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• We need the ability to work independently and collaboratively, lead and mentor others, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in fast-moving enterprise environments.

• We architect, develop, and deploy decentralized applications with permissioned access to enterprise data.
• We design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable blockchain networks.
• We build and interact with smart contracts across leading blockchain and distributed ledger platforms.
• We design blockchain protocols and application features.
• We develop oracle solutions that connect off-chain data sources to blockchain networks.
• We create integration libraries and APIs for enterprise systems and backend services.
• We engineer secure, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable blockchain solutions.
• We partner with engineering teams to define requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• We contribute to architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• We mentor development teams on blockchain best practices and emerging technologies.
• We prepare and maintain technical documentation for blockchain development processes.
• We ensure compliance with digital payment security and data protection regulations.
• We deploy and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• We stay informed on new blockchain technologies, cryptographic methods, and cybersecurity trends.
