EBS a 4M Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Route Window Cleaner to join our team! This position focuses on cleaning commercial and residential buildings up to 3 stories in height. Job Duties

• Clean windows on low-rise buildings (3 story) using traditional and water-fed pole methods
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
• Use ladders and other approved equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report any safety hazards or building concerns
• Communicate with clients and team leads in a professional manner
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safe transportation between jobs

Requirements:

• Previous window cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders and using extension poles
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
