This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a welcoming dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
• Support management and staff with administrative tasks
• Handle customer check-ins and dealership communications
• Assist with filing, data entry, and light office duties

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required
