We are a small, heart-centered pediatric therapy clinic in Farmington Hills, MI, committed to helping children (0–12) thrive through occupational, feeding, speech, and craniosacral therapy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate occupational therapy interventions for children 0–12, including sensory processing, feeding, oral-motor, and fine-motor skills.
  • Administer standardized assessments (e.g., BOT-2, Peabody) and document treatment goals and progress.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate play-based activities, family education, and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to each child’s care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Credentials: State of Michigan license in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification (OTR or COTA).
  • Pediatric Experience: Experience (or a strong interest) in pediatric settings—particularly sensory and feeding therapy—is highly valued.
  • Passion & Flexibility: A genuine love for working with children, plus the adaptability to tailor your approach for each child’s unique needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, take initiative, and be open to feedback.
  • Growth Mindset: Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn new techniques (we provide extensive training).
