Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Pediatrics

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established pediatric practice in Davenport, Florida! This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care to children and families. The practice offers a stable schedule, supportive leadership, and a manageable daily patient volume that allows providers to focus on meaningful patient interactions and clinical outcomes.

You will be joining a small, team-oriented practice led by a pediatrician owner who works part-time, alongside two part-time Nurse Practitioners and an additional NP who supports the clinic twice per week. The environment emphasizes continuity of care, teamwork, and long-term provider satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $120,000 Annual Salary Based on Experience 
• Productivity Bonuses: Paid twice per year based on patient volume (up to $10,000 annually )
• Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid coverage for employee
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year of employment
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation in Year 1 and 3 weeks vacation beginning in Year 2
• Paid Holidays: 6 per year (office closed)
• Continuing Education: $1,200 annual CME allowance

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Clinic is closed on major holidays

Clinical Environment

• Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20–25 patients per day
• Focus: General Pediatrics
• EMR System: Athena

Qualifications

• Clear and active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
• Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Practice
• Prior pediatric experience required
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
