Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts (Norwood, NJ)

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Norwood, NJ area. These roles involve 1:1 private duty nursing , providing skilled, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care to children with varying medical needs.

We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts , offering flexible scheduling options across several cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Monitor and document clinical status — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Support family-centered care — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Maintain a safe home environment — Ensure infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

• LPN: $33–$35/hr

Available Shifts

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts

Multiple cases available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
