Hospice Care Consultant Are you a high-performing healthcare sales professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and making a real impact? Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a driven and compassionate Hospice Care Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to combine your sales expertise with purpose—helping patients and families access exceptional end-of-life care when it matters most. What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
• Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families on the value of hospice care
• Serve as a trusted partner and resource in the community
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
• Experience in hospice, home health, or post-acute care strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Passion for helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care
