• Lead dinner service alongside the kitchen leadership team
• Manage the expo station and ensure smooth, consistent service execution
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and plating standards
• Work closely with the AM kitchen team to ensure prep and service readiness
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and maintain proper par levels
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
• Execute private events, pop-ups, and special services
• Contribute to new menu development and assist with implementation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and lead by example
• Communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met

• Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience required
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• A team-first mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of service flow and kitchen operations
• Calm, dependable, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Comfortable working within established systems while continuously improving them
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
