Job Description

We are a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and experiential marketing .

You will work closely with experienced Event Coordinators to help deliver engaging brand experiences at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to build a strong foundation in marketing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Provide customers with product information following brand and product training
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional outreach
• Assist customers with sign-ups, orders, and event registrations
• Engage with attendees to create positive brand experiences and increase awareness
• Collect and record customer feedback, event traffic, and frequently asked questions
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants encouraged; no prior experience required
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
