✅ ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support throughout the EHR implementation life cycle, including workflow analysis, training during go-live, and ongoing post-go-live support and optimization.Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and standards-compliant program code based on approved design specifications. Mentor and assist team members as needed.Ensure all code is free from side effects related to data, documentation, or system integrity. Follow structured programming techniques and internal development standards.Independently manage and coordinate code and data migrations from development to test, education, and production environments.Adhere to the ITS Change Management process with minimal supervision and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Regularly review and update Knowledge Base Documentation while assisting and mentoring others in proper documentation practices.Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients throughout all phases of the project.🛠️ Skills RequiredProficient in PC-based tools and applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and client-facing abilities.Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a healthcare organization.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Preferred experience with MyChart Billing, Open Scheduling, and Direct Scheduling—including system build, implementation, and ongoing support.Familiarity with clinical documentation, workflow analysis, and product configuration.Solid understanding of both hospital and outpatient clinical environments and workflows.Comfortable working directly with providers, clinical staff, and administrative personnel.Strong team collaboration skills; able to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
