Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT Professional to join our team and provide first-level technical support for business applications and IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students in their third year of study who are looking to begin their career in Information Technology.

The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting software issues, managing user accounts, supporting application testing, and maintaining IT systems while working closely with experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and application-related issues.
• Create, configure, modify, and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
• Support application testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Assist with basic IT infrastructure maintenance and system monitoring.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Currently in the 3rd year of a Bachelor's program or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in one of the following:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Business
  • Or another related technical discipline.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to write simple queries.
• Understanding of software/application troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with user account administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Application Support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
