Position OverviewResMed is seeking two Data Entry Clerks to support order resolution activities related to patient prescriptions and physician communications. These roles are critical in reducing held sales orders and improving workflow efficiency.

Business BackgroundA large portion of current data entry operations are performed offshore in India. While the offshore team successfully handles high-volume data entry, physician offices are often reluctant to share PHI-sensitive information with offshore representatives.
