Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Listen to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with customers at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services, staff, and processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
