Location: 1 N Wacker, UBS Tower

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (No weekends!) Compensation: $18.00/hour + Tips

Key Responsibilities

1. Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties, maintaining the highest quality standards.
2. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional, "white-glove" service to building tenants and guests, remembering preferences and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
3. Efficiency: Maintain speed and accuracy during peak morning and lunch rushes typical of a corporate environment.
4. Bar Ownership: Maintain a pristine, organized, and aesthetically pleasing bar setup at all times.
5. Knowledge Sharing: Educate guests on our current coffee offerings, tasting notes, and brewing methods.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: Previous experience in specialty coffee or high-end hospitality is preferred.
